From a sweet salsa to a must-try summer salad, these recipes celebrate the juiciest fruit of summer.
CHILI LIME CUCUMBER NOODLE ON SALTED WATERMELON
Try this refreshing summer salad as a starter alongside grilled steak or as a light lunch. The contrasting flavors of sweet watermelon, salt and spicy chile powder make for a memorable combo. Serve with WTRMLN LME.

Ingredients:
4 large watermelon slices, about 1-inch thick
Juice of 2 limes, divided
2 teaspoons fine sea salt, divided
1/2 teaspoon chile powder, plus more to taste
2 cucumbers, cut into “noodles” (learn how opens in a new tab)
2 cups baby arugula
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds, toasted
Ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:
Place watermelon slices on 4 plates. Sprinkle with half the lime juice, 1 teaspoon salt and chile powder.
In a large bowl, combine cucumber noodles, arugula, remaining lime juice, remaining salt, olive oil and honey. Toss until evenly mixed and noodles are coated. Divide noodles among the plates. Garnish with pumpkin seeds, black pepper and extra chile powder to taste. Serve immediately.
WTRMLN WTR COCONUT ICE POPS
It’s hard to resist an ice pop on a cold day, and this watermelon-coconut version hits the spot. If you like, add granola or coconut to the bottom of the pops before freezing for extra flavor and crunch.
Makes 8-10 ice pops

Ingredients:
2 12-ounce bottles WTRMLN WTR
3/4 cup full fat coconut cream
Granola (optional)
Unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)
Directions:
In blender, combine WTRMLN WTR and coconut cream. Blend until smooth. Distribute evenly among ice pop molds. Place on mold lid and insert wooden craft sticks. Freeze for 6 hours or until solid. To remove the ice pops, remove the lid and squeeze sides of mold to gently loosen. Run outside of molds under warm water, if needed.
To add crunch, fill molds almost to the top, then sprinkle on granola and/or coconut flakes before covering and adding sticks.
WATERMELON PICO DE GALLO
This bright fruit salsa is perfect for poolside snacking or spooned over grilled chicken or fish. Pair it with WTRMLN LME and your favorite corn tortilla chips, or Siete Foods Grain Free Tortilla Chips.

2 1/2 cups diced seedless watermelon
1 cup diced mango
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
1/4 cup diced red onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt, plus more to taste
Method:
In a large bowl, combine watermelon, mango, jalapeño, onion, cilantro, lime juice and salt to taste. Serve immediately.
WTRMLN LME MEZCAL-RITA
Mezcal is a smoky, flavorful cousin to tequila, and we love it paired with watermelon. Here, we use WTRMLN LME for a quick and easy margarita that really refreshes. For an extra kick, rim the glass with salt and chile powder.

Ingredients:
1 12-ounce bottle WTRMLN LME
1/2 cups mezcal or tequila
Ice
1/2 cup plain seltzer water or club soda
Lime slices, to garnish
Watermelon wedge, to garnish
Directions:
In cocktail shaker, combine WTRMLN LME, mezcal, and a handful of ice. Shake well until cold. Pour over ice in 4 chilled glasses. Top off with seltzer water, and garnish with lime or watermelon wedge.
