Dried seasoned seaweed (laver). My 6 year old loves it too, and brings it for her school snack. Tastier and healthier than chips!

My snack preferences totally depend on the season - both in terms of what is fresh and available and whether I want something hot to warm up or cold to cool down. In summer I like tangy yogurt or veggies dipped in hummus or guacamole or cottage cheese sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds and some local fresh fruit. In winter I actually love having vegetable soup as a snack or sometimes just a hot mug of vanilla almond milk.

Hummus and Taboullie pinwheels on lavash. Quick filing and energy boost. Although I don't think they make it to my sons snack time most days.
