******CHOCOLATE NACHOS******** I take 365 brand tortilla chips and lightly mist with olive oil. Then I sprinkle with cinnamon, a little 365 Organic Cane Sugar, organic chocolate chips and white chocolate chips. I broil until melted. They are incredible and great for a sweet tooth.

Plain ORANIC greek yogurt, with 1 TBS local honey, few drops of real vanilla extract, 1/3 cup ORGANIC raisins, some kind of ORGANIC OR NATURAL granola sprinkled on top! YUM!

Take an Ezekiel wrap, spread peanut butter on it, sprinkle flax seed, dried cranberries, and pumpkin seeds on it. Fold it in half and cut it into slices for a high-energy, whole-grain snack!

I love making my own trail mix. Picking out different nuts, dried fruits, and adding a little whole grain cereal for a fun twist! I have also been a big fan of yogurt parfaits made with chobani greek yogurt! yummm!

Air-popped popcorn drizzled with a bit of olive oil then sprinkled with sea salt and nutritional yeast. Sometimes I like to add garlic powder and a little cayenne pepper. YUM! And whatever fruit is in season.

Blueberry Greek Yogurt Popsicles Ingredients: 1 Container (17.6 oz) 0% Greek Yogurt ( I use 0% to cut fat) 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 1/4 cup honey (more or less to taste) Tools: A blender Popsicle maker 1. Place all ingredients into a blender or a bowl (if you are using an immersion Blender – my favorite kitchen tool!! 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Fill your popsicle maker with the yummy yogurt mixture and let it freeze!

My daughter I like sliced pink lady apples and we have a choice of cheeses (I like American- she likes Borsin) or fresh almond butter. Can't go wrong either way!

I have two go to's - a granny smith apple cut up with raw honey for a sweet craving OR a few thick slices of tomato w/fresh basil and a little chunk of mozzarella w/balsamic vin for a savory craving; I seriously keep balsamic & a basil plant on my desk at work!

Everyone likes pizza! We like to make mini homemade pizzas with organic whole wheat flour,cheese, vegetables and any meat we like. Makes great snacks for kids and football fans.

My favorite after school snack is a Peanut Butter and Grape Jelly sandwich with a side of celery having Peanut Butter with it. It's a healthy and delicious sandwich that keeps kids brains focused even for the next morning.

My favorite Snack: whatever veggie/fruit i feel like (apple, banana, celery, carrots, jicama, etc) drizzled with almond butter, shredded coconut, raw cacao powder and cinnamon. If i want to be fancy, I add some dried cherries, cranberries, mulberries or currants. Bring a napkin!

Taco Monkey: from my personal trainer a pound of ground turkey a can or two of 365 beans (canalini, pinto, red, black, whatever) a few egg whites fresh salsa Scramble the egg whites, brown the meat, add the beans and salsa. Eat as is, wrap in a tortilla, toss on a salad. This is my go-to treat.
