The best way I have ever eaten cherries is straight from a tree. As a child, I used to pick them from my auntie's tree and eat them endlessly. They were a never-ending treat!!! Dicing them and mixing them with vanilla ice cream and a little bit of mint makes a delicious summer treat.

First, I love them plain. Second, I love cherry pie & turnovers. Third, I love dried cherries in salads (esp. chicken salad). Fourth, I love the smell & taste of cherry essense, like cherry coke, cherry chapstick, etc. Fifth, marischino cherries, loved since childhood (parents' cocktails). Sixth, they are do darn good for me. Seventh, I can go on indefinitely, but want to play fair.
