My favorite beach snacks are fresh fruit to stay hydrated, like watermelon, grapes, oranges, and strawberries. I like a refreshing homemade strawberry lemonade. Also almonds, cheese and crackers, hummus, maybe some jerky too! I can hear the waves calling me in!

Fruits & Veggies are always a staple as well as water. Beyond that it depends on what sounds good. Some flax or bagel chips, Annies bunny graham crackers for the car ride & milk boxes for the kids, string cheese and sandwiches or wraps. Some kind of bar or trail mix is great too!

Cut up watermelon is a must have for the beach, lots of water, and something crunchy. If we are going for the day I like to pack sandwiches: PB&J for me and sunflower seed butter and jam for my kids who are allergic to nuts.

I love going to the beach with fresh strawberries, some iced tea in my tumbler, and salted almonds. This makes the perfect beach day snack and a great bite to eat while walking down the shoreline. :)
