Celebrate Valentine’s Day by giving gifts that give back, helping spread that V-Day love around the world. Through fair prices, direct trade, community development and environmental stewardship, gifts of Whole Trade and Fair Trade treats add a new meaning to the old saying: “it’s the thought that counts.” Yes, it’s the thought…the thought that every purchase supports the workers and communities that produce the item you’re buying. From flowers and chocolates to wines and unique snacks, you can find a bundle of treats for your valentine. And to spread a little love around ourselves, we’re giving away five gift baskets full of socially responsible goodies. Why? Because it feels good to give gifts that give back! We’re giving away five baskets filled with Whole Trade and Fair Trade treats – from milk chocolate hearts and chocolate dipped bananas to cinnamon sugar drizzled popcorn and dark chocolate granola. Just enter a comment below by February 10th telling us what makes your Valentine special. Whether it’s your sweetie or your grandma, we want to hear it all! We’ll choose five comments at random to receive a Valentine gift basket. And one of the lucky winners will also receive a $150 Whole Foods Market gift card to use to purchase a few bouquets of our beautiful Whole Trade roses, Fair Trade wines or ingredients for a home-cooked dinner for two. Here's the list of goodies you can look forward to in this basket of love. Even if you don’t win a basket from us, you can surprise your valentine with a sweet and meaningful treat! 365 Everyday Value Organic Swiss Milk and Dark Chocolate Bars - Every bite is not only creamy and smooth–but responsible, too. my valentine is someone who I am always learning from, whether just a simple piece of trivia or a better way to shop or how I perceive the world.

My valentine is my boyfriend (of course) but also this year I am including the members of the Cambridge Senior Center. I am going to deliver sugar cookies to the center on the 13th - because on V-Day I always think about all of the seniors that have lost their valentines and how hard that must be!

My husband is my valentine! After being very sick for over two years, he was there through it all. He was a constant support of love and understanding. I love him so much and only hope that I can show that same amount of love back to him!

My fiance has been bringing me lunch at work every day so that I don't have to go out in the cold and spend money. Best of all, he makes the sandwiches and soups he brings me :)

My husband and I will be married 11 years on February 14th this year. We were high school sweethearts and I broke his heart twice back then. We went our separate ways for 10 years then out of the blue one day, he called me up. We've been together ever since! I love him so much. The funny thing is, my mom told me way back in high school that I was going to marry him and I thought she was nuts!

This year is my boyfriend and I's first valentines together. He is special because it's been a long time since I've dated someone so nice (I usually end up with creeps). Sadly we have to be long distance at the moment because of his job so we won't be "together" on that day but I scraped together some money to send him some gifts and a card. Even though we can't be face to face, he still write me every morning to say he loves me, and we chat throughout the day. Its nice to feel so close to someone when we are so far apart.

My Valentine this year is my 6 year old daughter, who shows me everyday how to be strong. She's been sick with tummy troubles for almost two years. The last month has been especially rough, but through God's Grace we endure. She is my special Valentine...my Grace. Blessings~

My Husband is my Valentine, on our first Valentines day after being married he wanted to give me flowers early so he bought them the night before and left them in his van. In the morning he brought them in and put them in a vase then left for work. Only one problem it got very cold that night and the flowers died. I was very shocked to wake up to a vase of dead flowers. I can never say he didn't try.

He is my husband, my best friend, my lover, my protector. He is my life and I am his rib. Every man has a rib in this world and I am his. Yes we don't always agree , but we meet at the middle. He does ALL the ironing and laundry too!! AMAZING isn't it? Sometimes starts dinner before I get home, and loves me no matter what, even through some of MY dumb mistakes. He is my 24/7 Valentine. I am truly blessed.

My boyfriend Brandon of 7 years is my valentine. He's the hardest working man I know. He does back breaking work all day at his construction job and still has the energy for projects on the house we're renovating after a long day a work. I keep his energy levels high with the nutritious lunch I pack him every day with our organic groceries from whole foods. His construction worker hands may be rough but his heart is soft. I love you Brandon.
