February 17, 2009 --- Bear Naked today announced a voluntary nationwide recall of Bear Naked^® All-Natural Peanut Butter Granola and Bear Naked^® All-Natural Peanut Butter Granola with Heavenly Chocolate. These products are being recalled as a precaution because they contain peanut pieces sourced from the Plainview, Texas plant of Peanut Corporation which have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella.

The products being recalled are:

Bear Naked All Natural Hybrid Granola - Peanut Butter Chocolate
Size: 12oz
UPC: 8-56416-00185-4

Peanut Corporation of America is no longer a supplier to Bear Naked. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection to these Bear Naked products.
