We’re often asked what our favorite products are or what we’d recommend. It’s a surprisingly tough question when you have so many great products from which to choose! Today, we’ll sample some of our tried-and-true favorites or just what we like best now.
It’s Parmageddon in stores as we go for (an end of the) world record! Parmigiano Reggiano is indisputably the center of the cheese universe and wheels will be simultaneously cracked and sampled in all of our stores today. Join us for some fun and free samples as we attempt to break the world record!
Join Dr. Joel Marley from Family First Chiropractic as he takes you on a guided tour (tour will begin from the classroom) of his favorite products found at Whole Foods Market. He will show you staple foods within the store that he has found to be valuable in protecting his family’s health through their diet. Join and share your favorites, too!

Half Pints ages 3 to 5 are invited to scoop, pour, roll, stir or spread foods to make their own edible creations. Class is limited to 10 children and their caregivers. Younger siblings who will remain in a carrier or stroller are welcome to attend.

Add recipes to your repertoire, meet new friends and enjoy great food with our lunchtime cooking club! Stephanie Patsalis, author of Greek Chic Cuisine, will demonstrate how to prepare and serve a lunch-size portion of an easy 3-course meal.
Learn about the benefits of transcendental meditation for health, creativity and happiness. Principles of transcendental meditation and scientific research are presented in a very practical and easy-to-understand format. Questions are welcomed! Brian Smith and Deborah Kolberg have both been practicing and teaching for many years and are certified teachers of the program.

The Whole Planet Foundation works to end poverty by empowering the poor in developing countries through microcredit. At this special sampling event, we’ll sample amazing products from some of the developing countries where we source product. Stop at our welcome table for a passport and then enjoy samples as you travel around the store. Help us make a difference by making a donation at the register!
