Sign up the kids to join the JCC’s very own Yoga Instructor Candace, as she teaches the little Young Yogis (ages 4 -12) the lessons or "petals" behind the poses. Over the summer we had our 2nd annual "Fill the Grill" competition as we featured local Food Truck Chefs as they battled it out in a head to head competition tournament. Winner and New Champion of the Fill the Grill is Chef and Owner of the 5ive Gastronomy food truck, Brazilian native Bruno Fonseca. Come learn about the benefits of a raw food diet and what it means to use Fair Trade ingredients. She will be demonstrating how to make some great recipes without actually cooking them.
