Individuals following the Engine 2 Plan, adopt a whole food, nutrient dense, Plant-Strong way of eating. The Challenge begins at 6:30pm on Wednesday January 23, 2013 and runs for 5 weeks through February 20, 2013. Class is held in the Whole Foods Market Lifestyle Center at 6:30 pm. Please register for classes online, the cost of the 5 week program is $20 and will be donated to our local fire department.
