Kelp noodles are grain-free, gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free & ready to eat straight from the bag! If your weeknights are busy now that school is back in session or you like trying new alternatives to pasta, come sample and learn how to use kelp noodles! We’ll also share an easy weeknight dinner recipe!
Ever tried amaranth, millet, buckwheat, farro, quinoa, or wheat berries? Not quite sure what they are? If you’d like to try a new grain and find out more about how to prepare these healthy foods, get recipes, and more, attend our demystifying class!
Kids will learn how to make their own healthy lunch while supporting a great cause. In this class, children will be provided with ingredients and instruction to make a hummus, cucumber, tomato and avocado sandwich on whole grain bread served with fresh fruit, assorted veggies, and a Health Starts Here Cookie.
