We will be joined in the store by the Louisiana Culinary Institute.  The talented LCI students will be cooking up some traditional German dishes in honor of Oktoberfest!

Join us for a tasting class featuring recipes for River Road Recipes IV: Warm Welcomes.  This cookbook features 48 inspiring menus and over 300 new and innovative recipes.  Our chef will be cooking up an appitizer, entree, and dessert for you to sample during this class.  You can also buy the cookbook after the class!

We are so excited to welcome Stephanie Riegel and Tracey Koch for a Kid’s Dish cooking class!  Kid’s Dish is a family friendly food column that appears monthly in The Advocate as well as webisodes on the LPB website.  Kids ages 7 – 12 are welcome to participate in this class.
