Ready to kick off the weekend? Join us for for Friday happy hour, from 5-7 p.m. Foodie Friday features five food samples, and five samples of adult beverages (non alcoholic options available) for $5. Bring back your special wine glass and your admission is just $4. Live local music is always part of the fun. Get some recipes and vote for the best dish and the winning team gets $25!

Vegan dietician and nutrition expert Anya Todd will guide you through a four week series of wellness and lifestyle change! With a focus on a vegan diet, Anya will offer instruction on how to successfully go "Plant-Strong" with the popular Engine 2 Diet book as a guide. Drop in weekly for $10 per class, or sign up for the series and pay only $35 and get a "starter kit" of products valued at $20.00. The book is recommended but optional.
