In the first class, Healthy Eating Specialist Lauren Van Meter will lead a discussion on various healthy eating diets and talk about the importance of discovering your own healthy eating philosophy. We will work with you to help you create your own healthy eating plan and will provide support throughout the next 28 days as our group meets weekly. The following classes will include guest speakers, cooking demonstrations, and in the final class, a delicious dinner to recap our personal experiences.
**Although attendance to all classes is not mandatory, participants who participate in the entire series will be entered to win a juicer.
