Day 1: Friday, January 11, noon to 5pm / Free!
Today we kick off our 2013 Healthy Eating Bowl with a focus on eating a better breakfast to kick start you day.
Day 2: Saturday, January 12, noon to 5pm / Free!
We will focus on Mid-Day Healthy Eating Recipes to help to a healthier new you.
Day 3: Sunday, January 13, noon to 5pm / Free!
Today all departments will compete to see who comes up with the best healthy eating bowl recipe and you are the judge. So, kick start the New Year off with sampling of healthy recipes and taste for yourself that eating healthy can really taste good.

Individuals following Engine 2 adopt a whole food, nutrient-dense, Plant-Strong™ way of eating that includes a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds.
How does it work?
