This class will talk about how to reorganize, and restock your pantry to make at-home cooking simple and healthy. Our healthy and affordable pantry items will be featured, and Healthy Eating Specialist, Jessi will be showing you how to make (and taste) some delicious dinners in a pinch.

This class will feature Juice Cleansing Basics: How to start, endure, and finish a juice cleanse. We will make some fresh smoothies, and taste some of our popular raw juices and how to design a cleanse.

Join us every Monday* at 10:30 a.m. for story hour in our cafe! Drop ins and all ages welcome! We'll read stories, offer a healthy treat and mix it up from time to time to offer other fun activities! Tell your friends! Story hour typically lasts 30-60 minutes depending on the group size and activity.
*During Monday holidays we will likely not offer story hour (Memorial Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day). In the event we need to cancel a story hour event (due to weather, illness, another store event or unforeseen circumstances), we would notify customers on our Facebook and Twitter pages as much ahead of time as possible. In this class we will talk about food-based, or elimination cleansing to kick-start a healthier lifestyle. We will make a number of dishes that will serve to be simple staples in your food-based cleanse.
