First Friday Quizzo is our new, monthly trivia game. We’re turning the café into a social hall where you can gather with old pals or meet some new friends. Work in groups of 2-4 to answer questions during three rounds of questions. Before each segment, we’ll do a mini cooking demo and give you clues to help you through the next round. While you rack your brain to find the answers, enjoy samples of the dishes we prepare. Teams earn prizes for winning each round and a grand prize is given to the overall winning team!

Kids these days have much more sophisticated tastes than older generations, and sushi seems to be a favorite among today’s munchkins. Today we’ll help kids will make their own basic sushi rolls using brown rice, carrots, cucumber, avocado, and other fun fillings. Finish this tasty meal with orange slices and green tea ice cream.

It’s Earth Month... recycle it! If you’ve been busy with spring cleaning, there are probably a few old electronic items that you would love to get rid of. But with the new Pennsylvania law in effect, you can’t just put them curbside. Bring all of your old or unwanted electronics to our parking lot where eForce Compliance will responsibly recycle them! All recycling is done locally and none of the components are shipped overseas. eForce even takes TVs! (No batteries, bulbs, or large appliances, please.)
