Matty is one of Chicago’s most accomplished mixologists and the Spirits Portfolio Manager at Tenzing Wine & Spirits. The class is a beginner’s foundation for learning the art of mixology. Matty will lead the attendees through the assemblage of two full cocktails (per couple) – one shaken and one stirred. He will also build a punch bowl to be shared by the class. This is an interactive event. Each participant will have the opportunity to get his/her hands sticky as well as bounce questions off Matty about spirits, the profession and the Chicago scene.
