This informative orientation is for gardeners participating in the Whole Foods Market Adopt-a-Plot program as well as community gardens through Deerfield Township. Come learn the basics of how to get your garden plot going, and how to keep it in great shape for the season. Free gardening samples!
Join Chrissy Bender, Healthy Eating Specialist, and Dale Block, MD to learn some tips on healthy foods and how to prepare them! We will be discussing healthy fats from whole foods, heart health, and plant-strong nutrition. FREE! Registration required by calling 513-398-9358.

In addition, we will be highlighting our Pizza BOGO offerings and will be making specialty pizza samples to go with each beer sample ( example: Seafood-Seafood Pizza, Produce-Veggie Pizza, Meat-Meat Lovers, Grocery-Gluten Free Pizza/breakfast pizza, Specialty Pizza: Four Cheese, Bakery: Desert Pretzel Sticks or Dessert Pizza). For those of you who have enjoyed our Uncorked on Friday nights, this will be just another addition to your WFM experience. We hope you enjoy!
Kids ages 3-9 will love this fun class offered every Wednesday at 10 am. Each week includes a food activity and a craft. Examples include: rainbow fruit skewers, up-cycled crafts, gardening activities, making hummus, painting, and more! Registration required by calling 513-398-9358.

Boost your body: Learn how to strengthen, stretch and add cardio to your workout using a Body Bar. You will be amazed to see all that you can do with a Body Bar and Body Bar Flex!
April 4 – Yoga with Pooja (Mason Community Center)
This class will use body postures, breathing, and meditation to create balanced bodies and minds. With more 200 hatha yoga postures and hundreds of variations our instructor will create a unique experience for the class. All levels welcome. Participants need to bring a mat.
April 11 Kickboxing Basics with Barb Grandison
An intro to kickboxing! We will show you some of the many benefits of incorporating kickboxing to your workout regime. You will learn how to safely use kickboxing to challenge your core, balance, strength and cardiovascular endurance.

April 25 Getting Strong Arms with Barb Grandison
Get your arms “summer ready”! Whether your goal is adding muscle or just light toning, this class is for you. Learn great exercises that focus on the biceps, triceps and shoulders.
May 2 – Pilates with Jackie (Mason Community Center)
This class provides a series of non-impact exercises to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness. This exercise system focus is to build strength without bulk, improve agility, and help to prevent injury. All levels welcome. Participants need to bring a mat.
