Make your summer extra sweet and bright this year by stirring up some special baking with Ms. Butterbeans in the Napa Whole Foods Culinary Center. Her Fruit Cobbler and Whipped Cream class, for kids ages 7-17, will include traditional favorites like Mom’s Peach and Blueberry Cobbler and fresh made whipped cream. We will use two methods for making the whipped cream, traditional mixer and the modern cream whipper. We will also experiment with flavors; vanilla, orange, and raspberry. This class is the perfect gift for your budding young chef, and includes a basic foundation in kitchen safety and proper knife skills.
