Join 365 Chef Jerry Aman, every Tuesday this month, to sample one of his 365 recipes. For the last couple of years , 365 Chef Jerry has been creating dishes featuring our 365 & 365 Organic Products. The 365 & 365 Organic labels are our value store brand, and they are very affordable. So join 365 Chef Jerry every Tuesday from 12:00 noon to 2 pm, for demos & sampling of his creative, affordable, & delicious recipes.
Mark this down on your calendars! Every Wednesday in January, from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm in our Culinary Center, our new CC Supervisor Jerry Aman will be doing Cooking Demos for the Kids. All kids that are interested in cooking, or are already helping in the kitchen, are invited. We will be making things that you can bring to school for lunch, and some after school snack ideas, and even some dinners you and your parents can make together. We all should be cooking & eating together more often, so come and learn some quick, easy, healthy, and delicious meals & snacks. Remember.....EVERY Wednesday in January!

It's that time of year again, when I really hope it rains on at least one of my days off every month. I will spend the whole day making a soup. Nothing is more satisfying and comforting than a really hearty, hot, homemade soup. If you agree, don't miss Fridays in January. I will prepare some of the best soups I've ever had, like Potato Leek, White Bean & Kale, and many more. The Culinary Center is the place to be EVERY Saturday in January from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. We will be kicking off the New Year with our Health Starts Here program. Our 365 Chef, Jerry Aman will be doing demonstrations on how to prepare these great recipes to help us all get back on track after the Holidays. These recipes concentrate on Whole Foods- that are fresh, natural, organic, local, seasonal, and unprocessed. It is a Plant-Strong way of eating, concetrating on Nutrient Dense foods and getting Healthy Fats from nuts, seeds, and avacados.
