These recipes concentrate on Whole Foods- that are fresh, natural, organic, local, seasonal, and unprocessed. It is a Plant-Strong way of eating, concetrating on Nutrient Dense foods and getting Healthy Fats from nuts, seeds, and avacados. Using only the best 10 percent of the grapes they grow for their own wines, Balletto Vineyards' expressed aim is for balanced wines having higher natural acidity, lower alcohol, and complexity of flavor. New oak barrels are used sparingly to enhance, not dominate, the fruit. Balletto produces classic Pinot Noir.
