Introduction and Orientation:  Sunday, May 19, 1-2:30 pm Come and see what it’s all about!  This informational meeting will answer all of your questions about getting started on the road to better health.  Enjoy delicious Engine 2 Diet inspired foods and meet our Healthy Eating Specialist, Lauren Van Meter who will guide you on the journey.

 

Weekly Engine 2 Support Meetings will take place Sundays from 2-3 pm and Wednesdays from 7-8 pm.

During the meet-ups we will discuss progress, and support each other with tips and best practices in eating and balancing this change in our lives.  We will demonstrate how to create an Engine 2 inspired recipe, and provide some recipes and shopping lists to help you through the week.

 

Final Class and Engine 2 Graduation:  June 22, 7 pm

You made it 28-Days!  We will celebrate our new lifestyle approach, and talk about staying inspired to continue your journey.

Enjoy a session on using your grill to create some interesting party food.  Learn to blend herbs and vegetables to make fresh marinade for Sizzling Shrimp, and chimichuri sauce to compliment a grilled skirt steak. Explore the methods of grilling produce to use in a salad or side dish.  Desserts are also possible on the grill, using fresh fruits and bakery items in a creative manner.  Finish the evening with a selection of wine chosen to compliment the evening’s grilled dinner.
