We’ll be grilling up grass fed burgers on May 24th and 25th to benefit the school garden improvements at Silver Spur Elementary. Your $5 plate gets you a grass-fed cheeseburger, a side salad, and a drink. All proceeds will go to Silver Spur Elementary’s garden fund.

Kids Club - EDIBLE GARDEN

This is a chance for kids to be rewarded for playing with their food. They will be guided through our produce department by our Healthy Eating Specialist, Kristina Jackson, as they select and learn about vegetables for their edible garden. They will then learn how to prepare ‘edible soil’ and “plant” their veggies within the soil. Once their farming is complete, they will get to enjoy the ‘veggies’ of their labor.
