Jump start the New Year with healthy, veggie filled cooking classes for your kids! In January, the Veggiecation Program is getting kids in the kitchen to help prepare a Celery and Pear Salad and a “Mint Peasto”. This month, we will be doing the GREEN HOLIDAY HUMMUS and the EYE SEE YOU STIR FRY.
As practiced in participating classrooms throughout the country, kids will be invited to help prepare Veggiecation Program’s recipes, sample culinary creations, experience vegetables in their raw form and cast a vote on how they liked the recipes. Kids will take home complimentary character coloring pages, word games, mazes and stickers. Parents will receive a copy of recipes created that day.
Please register in advance at Customer Service or email Ridgewood.RSVP@wholefoods.com. Age group for this program incorporates kids from Kindergarten to 6th grade.

This is done by incorporating unique & kid-friendly vegetable preparations into fun activities & exciting experiences.
