Follow Sodium Girl through the Whole Food Market aisles as she shows you all the flavors you can enjoy, even if you have to cut out salt. Leave knowing which products to stock up on in to create quick versions of:

Please come to the 4th Annual San Mateo City Firefighters Chili Cook Off and support your Firefighters with their Support of the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA). This has proven to be a lot of Family Fun with Chili for Parents and Hotdogs for Kids. There will be a live Band and a proceeds from this event go to supporting the MDA.

Funds raised will go towards the MBA’s nonprofit division for research and conservation of our oceans, sea mammals, otters, fish, water life, as well as their Children's Education Fund.
