Sit down to a cup of hot tea while South Street's favorite personality Chef Ethan walks you through three recipes inspired by the flavors of Japan on the evening of Thursday, October 25, 6-8pm. These are recipes you can easily reproduce at home and are sure to impress your family or guests! Ethan promises you will learn, laugh, and enjoy plenty of samples! Space is limited. Please sign up at the Customer Service booth with a $10 prepayment by Tuesday, October 23 (call for availability after that). Prepayment is the ONLY way to hold a spot.

After you taste everything and pick your favorites, bring the family down to the Shambles at 2nd and South Sts. to continue the fun at South Street Headhouse Square District's Pumpkinland!
