Join us on Saturday, June 22nd at the Springs Preserve to hear the buzz on honey bees! Bees are abundant pollinators and are responsible for one out of every three bites of food we eat.

The event will include a talk with a bee keeper, screening of Vanishing of the Bees - kid version, samples, and goody bags for the first 50 kids.

  Executive Chef Fernando Guerrero of Del Frisco’s will be here to demo some items from their Summertime Prime Pair menu. Swing by as this could get interesting, filet mignon and shrimp just might be on the menu!!
  
  The cost for the class is $5 and it all goes to a good cause. The recipient for this month’s class is FUPI (Foreclosed Upon Pets). Please pay at the time of the class either at the register or in cash when you arrive.

  
  The class will be held on the outdoors patio so please prepare for the heat. Water will be provided.
