Join us this Friday for dinner! For $5 you get 5 small plates (including dessert!) and 5 wine pairings. Each week we have a different menu theme. Starting this week, the event hours are changing to be from 5-7pm - last call is at 6:30pm sharp. This week's theme is Lebanese - our menu is the following:
1st Table: Lebanese Cucumber Salad

Come by our Whole Body department and join our Whole Body team as they demonstrate how our exclusive, made in-house bath salts are made. They're all natural and smell great! They'll be giving out samples of the aromatic salts for you to try at home!
Join Ms. Celia for a fun hour of activities designed for our wee customers, from 18mos to 8 yrs. With storytelling, crafts and a good old sing-a-long, this is a great time to enjoy connecting with other parents and kids in the community. The theme is "back to school" and we'll be making yellow school buses!
FOODIE U is a series of FREE bi-monthly cooking classes taught by our expert food lovers at Whole Foods Market.
This week, learn all about the various oils we carry, including olive oil, grapeseed oil and coconut oil. Learn the differences in how they're made and when to use each for cooking different types of recipes - Sample various dishes made with each oil.

This Thursday, join our Produce team as they explain the differences between conventional and organic apples, share information about growing apples in Virginia and about which apples are best for cooking vs. baking vs. using fresh in a variety of dishes! Samples will be provided during class!!
