We've changed up our Tuesday Healthy Eating classes. Cara will be preparing a different recipe each week and sharing tips and recipes in a "demo" style setting instead of as a class. Stop by anytime during the two-hour event time to talk to her, taste a bite and get the recipe. No registration is required.
We have teamed up with the Junior League of Norfolk-Virginia Beach to support their Healthy Kids Initiative by offering fun and creative ways to teach "Half Pints" ages 3-5 about making healthy food choices. Space is limited to 12 children per class. Sibling babes in arms are welcome to sit with caregivers or in strollers. A $3 donation per participating child is suggested to the Junior League and will be collected before class.
Choose from 9:30-10:15 am or 10:30-11:15 am each Wednesday.

May 8 = Mother's Day Craft
May 15 = April Showers Bring May Flowers
May 22 = First Fruits of Summer
May 29 = Raw Treats
