With Rebecca Gould, D.C.

What's more important than weight? Body composition. It's true that muscle weighs more than fat, and that certain exercises "burn" fat or build muscle. To achieve your fitness goal you may need to concentrate on building muscle, or losing fat or both. Is there a way to flip the fat-burning switch to "On?" Dr. Gould has been studying this subject extensively and will present an informative hour on the subject of body composition and metabolism.
