“Fromage in February” Series – Import Cheese Class

Our “Fromage in February” series features Domestic and Import Cheeses offered in two separate classes.  Joe, our Specialty Team Leader, will cover cheese basics like storing, serving and pairing. During this Import Cheese Class, see what the world has to offer from soft to hard and blue to pungent. Learn why terroir makes all the difference. You will sample some wonderful import cheeses and bring some home as well!

 

Call customer service at 952-830-3500 or stop by the customer service desk in store to RSVP.  Space is limited, so pre-registration for each class is required to secure your spot at least 24 hours in advance.  $10 is also required at the time of your RSVP.  The payment is non-refundable, but can be applied to store credit if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours in advance.
