Jyoti will show you how to prepare Healthful vegetarian entrees and sides for your thanksgiving holiday table. All entrees and sides are made from scratch using organic and seasonal ingredients wherever possible.
On the Menu:
- Farmers market salad with cranberries, spiced walnuts with apple cider vinaigrette
- Potato and lentil Shepherds pie with goat cheese
- Twice baked sweet potatoes in skin with orange juice and cardamom, nutmeg spices
- "baked" Panko crusted green bean "fries"
