Dr. Ric Saguil will explain how he helps his patients formulate a personal plan using priority assessment of major illness, personal nutrition repletion/elimination, and budget minded changes over time.  Objectives are always sustainability and with so much information/expense it is difficult to figure out who to listen to and where to start.  A step-ladder approach will be drafted so everyone attending the lecture can feel assured that the changes they make are personal and realistic.   Dr. Saguil is a board certified family medicine doctor, certified in medical acupuncture, fellowship trained in sports medicine and a graduate of Deepak Chopra Yoga and Andrew Weil’s Integrative Fellowship programs.
