In this 2-hour course, you will learn fundamental tools that will enable you to prepare healthy, mouthwatering alternatives to your favorite comfort food: CHEESE. In this hands-on class, we will learn how to make, and culture, many types of cheese including feta, queso, and sliceable cheddar and “goat” cheese. These staples can be made Sliceable Cashew cheese, “Goat” Cheese using a high-powered blender, food processor and/or dehydrator. You will learn basic recipes that can be altered to make an infinite number of tasty variations.
