Ready to lose weight, lower cholesterol, significantly reduce risk of disease and become more fit in just 4 weeks?  Follow the Engine 2 28-day challenge and gather the tools in a fun and supportive program conducted by Healthy Eating Specialist, Amari Cheffer. Participants will receive a goody bag to help them start their journey, a copy of the Engine 2 Diet book and weekly meet-ups including culinary demonstrations, store scavenger hunts and more!
