Rip Esselstyn, motivational best-selling author of “The Engine 2 Diet” makes a personal appearance at the Whole Foods Market at Annapolis Towne Centre, 200 Harker Place, in Annapolis , Wednesday, October 24, 2012, from 6 to 9:30 p.m. Rip will be giving a lecture, signing copies of his book, The Engine 2 Diet, answering questions from participants and hosting a demonstration tasting event. Cost is $5, all admission proceeds go to Anne Arundel County Burn Unit.
Rip is making additional appearances throughout the day, starting with a Workout at 24 Hour Fitness and Engine 2 Diet Breakfast for $5 from 8:30am to 10:30am. Plus, there is a free cooking demonstration, tasting from 4 to 6 p.m.

Attendees can also drop off donations of unwrapped children’s toys or gently used winter clothing to Annapolis Santa Run volunteers who will be aboard a special fire engine parked outside Whole Foods during the day.
