Not only does everyone appreciate getting a homemade gift–what could be more thoughtful?–edible treats are fun to make and are easy on the wallet. Whole Foods Market in Troy is pairing up with Food Coach Lisa Howard to prepare some edible gifts that are nutritious and delicious!  Sample and learn to make Honeyed Granola, Buttery Gingersnaps, Gourmet Stuffed Dates, Sweet & Spicy Nuts, and Spiced Hot Chocolate Samplers are all made with natural sweeteners, whole grains, and free-range animal products. This year, skip store-bought and go from-the-heart (and for-the-heart) made.
