This is the how-to companion to the documentary Forks Over Knives. It is a plant-based way to health! The book has many recipe contributors that appeared in the documentary. We will be trying three of their recipes: Polenta with Rice and Beans recipe from the Campbell’s, Kathmandu Stew—a mildly curried sweet potato and lentil stew and Woodstock Peace Salad with Tahini Dressing from Kris Karr of Crazy Sexy Cancer.
