Join Traci Carpenter, MNT, Healthy Eating Specialist, for a tour around the store that will help those who are either gluten free or want to learn a bit more about gluten! Learn how to navigate through the aisles to make healthy and gluten-free choices. Participants will receive a goodie bag full of recipes, product samples, and meal suggestions.
