Policy: Due to the increase of no shows we only accept one sign-up per guest and may restrict persons who register but fail to show repeatedly. Our wine and beer classes are taught by some of the finest. A fee of $20 per guest helps maintain the quality of what we sample and the experts who teach.
*Caroline Hermann holds a Diploma in Wine Studies (DWS) with merit and an Advanced Certificate with distinction from the London-based Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET). She is a Certified Specialist in Wine (CSW) with the Society of Wine Educators.
