Hands-on Class: Must be 21 or older to attend
Time to start of the new years by taking a wok. Chef Kelly will be teaching you far east woking techniques using a large part western ingredients. This will be semi-hands on class where you will be learning Asian kitchen preparation and cooking techniques. Plus you will be cooking with a carbon steel wok.
