For the last five years, Joshua Tilden has been the Director of Spirits at Shaw's Chicago. With a dynamic background of over 17 years in the hospitality industry, Josh first discovered his passion for fine spirits after working at a prominent jazz club in Atlanta. He is a graduate of the SWS Academy of Spirits and Fine Service course taught by Bridget Albert.
