Our vegetable samosas are filled with a savory combination of potatoes and peas that have been slow-roasted in fragrant herbs and spices, like cumin, garam malsala, coriander and turmeric. These triangular pies may be petite, but there’s big flavor packed into that crisp pastry exterior.
