Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cupsunsweetened plain almondmilk
    1/2 cuprolled oats
    1/4 cupunsweetened applesauce
    1 teaspoonground cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoonpure vanilla extract (optional)
    1 largeRed Delicious or Gala apple, cored and roughly chopped
    1 cupice cubes

Method

Combine almondmilk, oats, applesauce, cinnamon, vanilla (if using) and chopped apple in a blender and blend until smooth. 


Add ice and blend again until smooth. 


Pour into 2 tall glasses and garnish with apple slices
