Chilled Melon Soup with Basil

Refreshing honeydew melon quenches summer heat in this bright green, cold soup with fragrant basil and lime juice. Put it in a thermos for a picnic!

Ingredients
- 6 cups chopped honeydew
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped fresh basil, plus more for garnish
- 1/4 cup lime juice, plus more to taste
Method
Put all ingredients in a blender and purée, stopping to scrape down sides often, until very smooth.
Transfer to bowls and serve. Alternately, transfer to a container, cover and chill before serving.
