Cinnamon Maple Butter

Make up a batch of this spiced butter and slather on freshly baked biscuits, muffins, bagels, waffles or pancakes. And, of course, it is divine on plain old toast!

    Ingredients: 
    • 2 cups (4 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
    • 1/4 cup grade A maple syrup
    • 1/4 teaspoon gluten-free vanilla extract
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • dash of salt

    Combine all ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Pack into a crock or small ramekins and refrigerate.
