Creole-Style Peel-and-Eat Shrimp

If you can boil water, then you can make this delicious appetizer. We love to serve the shrimp with an easy dipping sauce: Mix some of the Cajun spice blend with mayonnaise, lemon juice and horseradish.

Ingredients
- 1 pound medium shell-on shrimp
- 2 tablespoons crab boil or Cajun spice
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
Method
Combine water, crab boil, lemon and celery in a large saucepan. Place over high heat and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add shrimp and continue to simmer until shrimp are opaque, 4 to 5 minutes.
Drain liquid and serve with a slice of lemon.
