Dried Cherry Pecan Scone Mix

Scone mix makes an easy and fun holiday gift from the kitchen. The whole batch (dry ingredients only) fits perfectly in a 1-quart mason jar. Package for gift giving with our downloadable gift tag.
Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 cup toasted pecans, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup dried cherries
Method
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pecans.
Carefully transfer to a 1-quart mason jar, gently patting the bottom of the jar with the palm of your hand to settle the dry ingredients and create more room in the jar.
Place cherries in a sealable plastic bag and fit inside the top of the jar before closing.
