Gluten-Free Whole Grain Flour Mix

Making your own gluten-free flour mixture is simpler than you think and great to have on hand for impromptu gluten-free guests—it’s great in baked goods and breakfast treats. For gluten-free flour, we prefer to use weight measurements as they are the most accurate, but cup measurements work, too.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup (200 grams) sorghum flour
- 1 1/2 cup (200 grams) almond flour
- 1 1/2 cup (300 grams) white rice flour
- 2 1/4 cups (300 grams) potato starch
Method
In a large bowl, whisk together sorghum flour, almond flour, white rice flour and potato starch.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 months or freeze for longer storage.
